”Dustin is known throughout the Dell EUC East Delivery as an outstanding TC who came on as a strong DLE and was hired into a full time role. He’s been involved in many complex projects (Yazaki, Northern Trust, NGA, HCSC, SA Credit Union and Martin Sprocket & Gear). All customers and PMs have provided great feedback about his deep technical knowledge and none of which had a single escalation or bad thing to say. Dustin performs excellent work in a very timely fashion, and can handle several workloads simultaneously. He had a Q3/Q4 combined utilization of 85%. His contributions allowed our team to achieve an 93% yearly utilization – inclusive of the time he was a DLE - which is the highest ever for any of the OD delivery teams.

Dustin is recognized as one of the strongest members of our EUC Delivery team due to his abilities and knowledge across a wide range of technologies. He has continually been nominated for awards throughout the year, winning a Bronze award due to his consistency in delivering quality results. He can be trusted with difficult accounts and will quickly turn any negative situation around achieving a positive outcome for both Dell and the customer. He’s personally one of the most technical consultants I know, and everyone has high praise for Dustin on their team.

Dustin is dedicated to his work and builds excellent relationships with his internal and external customers. He always makes himself available for his teammates and others to help with any technical issues and to share information. Dustin is always on-time with his expenses and his time reporting for projects. He fills out excellent progress reports for his customers and PM so that there is never a question as to his progress on his projects.

For FY19 I look forward to seeing Dustin expand his responsibilities into more of a Lead role. I believe that Dustin is ready for the next step and becoming a TDA, IP Engineer or SP is the eventual ideal next step. To best prepare for such a role, Dustin should take full advantage of all the training Dell offers, both on-site if possible and/or remotely, around pre-sales, scoping & executive communications, etc. I will also look for Dustin to assist in driving Global Remote Delivery throughout our new WaaS offerings, Autopilot, SAM and any other niche offerings we can develop. The more Dustin gets exposed to additional teams, the easier it will be to fit him into that role. It is critical we leverage Dustin’s passion for technology to develop new offerings for EUC

Overall, an excellent year from a top notch guy. Great job Dustin - I anticipate a highly successful FY19!
